Texas Musicians Museum NEEDS YOUR HELP

I forward this from The Texas Musicians Museum without comment...if you're going to act, act quickly. --Ryan Michael Galloway

We were contacted by Stephen Williams of a HUGE issue of misrepresentation by the Texas Music Office to literally put museums like us OUT OF BUSINESS! Please read the letter Stephen forwarded to me and help us oppose this unfair bill that again takes care of Austin, but does nothing but hurt all of the other cities in Texas's heritage and music…

Ryan, I am truly grateful for the inspiration you were to me to finally do this. It was just downright good to share the music! It also did not go unnoticed how much effort and work  you put into doing the open mic session. You are truly a great one with great talent of your own. I'm looking forward to learning and doing more.  Thanks again for a great time!

Hello Ryan, thank you for sending your friend request. I've watch several of your videos and enjoy the music you are doing.  I've looked around the site and noticed a lot of the video links find no videos.  Has member activities slowed down of something?  I have been aware of this group for a couple of years and finally got around to joining.  I am looking forward to learning about the music and musicians.

That would probably be me. No wife though, she is just my lady. I've been here in Allen amost 6 months now.

We were just not impressed with the "Live Music Capital Of The World". Although I did meet and follow several very good musicians in Austin area. I still get updates from them and if I'm ever in Austin try to catch their show.

I have found that the music up here in North Texas is as good or even better than Austin. Certainly I have been able to find more venues that suit my preference than I did in Austin.

Hi Ryan, actually I live in Allen now. I just moved up from Austin area, Hutto to be exact. Didn't see any reason to change my phone number.

I've meet you at Lone Star Wine Cellar when you played a few weeks ago. At the time I did not know you led the CCSA. I think the CCSA will be a great avenue to meet local musicians.

Do you have meet ups to discuss songwriting or to just jam?

It was a fun afternoon.  Thanks to the CCSA and Tony for setting up and running sound.  We gave out quite a few flyers and talked to one couple about playing for a wedding reception, so the day was fun AND worthwhile!
